Westerwijk is private equity investment group established and regulated under the law of the Netherlands. The Group is focusing primarily on retail properties with long term investment perspective of not less than 10 years. The main target areas for investments are Baltic countries and Poland.

The first investment of the Group was done more than 10 years ago and currently the Group owns properties of more than 90 thou sq. m. of GBA in the largest cities of Lithuania. The properties are occupied by well-known local and international companies such as Neste, Tele2, Maxima, Rimi, Euronics, Apranga, Jysk, HM, Sportsdirect and other.
The day-to-day operations of the assets are ensured by Group’s internal professional management team.
