On November 24, 2022, a modern shopping and business center “Kalniečiai” was opened in Kaunas, named after the former shopping center.

On the first floor, there is an IKI grocery store and 12 other shops and service providers, such as Gintarinė vaistinė pharmacy, Eurokos cosmetics chain, PET24 pet care store, Pelėda optician, Pasaulio gėlės flower shop, Prezo bakery, Alkava dessert producers, Sole tanning studio, and Viena moneta currency exchange.

The building also includes a 2,450 sq. m. business center.

Next to the shopping center and on its rooftop, a parking lot with 178 spaces has been installed. Sixteen of these are designated for electric vehicles and equipped with appropriate infrastructure.
