Westerwijk is a Dutch private equity group that has been investing in retail properties with long-term development potential for over 10 years. The main investment focus is on the Baltic countries.
Mission – to invest in retail properties in major cities and to expand the MOLAS shopping center into a network of 7–8 shopping centers across Lithuania’s largest cities.
Currently, the group owns over 99,000 square meters of commercial property space in Lithuania’s major cities.
Our partners include well-known international and Lithuanian companies such as NESTE, TELE2, MAXIMA, RIMI, IKI, APRANGA GROUP, JYSK, H&M, SPORTS DIRECT, and others.
