1. Who processes your data

2. What data we collect

When you fill in the rental inquiry form, we ask you to provide:

your first and last name;
a contact phone number;
your email address;
your company and store name (optional);
information about the selected property, desired area and type of business;
your free-form message.

We do not ask, and will not ask, for your personal identification number, payment card details or other particularly sensitive information in the form.

3. Why we process it

We use the data for one purpose only — to respond to your inquiry and, if we agree to proceed, to continue negotiations on the lease of premises.

The legal basis is your consent and steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(a) and (b) of the GDPR).

4. How long we keep it

We keep inquiries for 2 years from the last correspondence. After this period the data is deleted. If a lease agreement is concluded, the data is kept in the agreement and for the period required by law.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes. The data may be accessible to:

our employees responsible for leasing;
our website hosting provider “Interneto vizija” and our email service provider “Microsoft” (Microsoft 365 / Outlook), which act as data processors and process data only on our instructions.

Data is processed within the European Economic Area. If data is transferred outside it, the safeguards provided for by the GDPR apply (e.g. the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses).

6. Cookies

The website uses only technical cookies necessary for its operation. We do not use analytics or marketing cookies. If we use them in the future, this section will be updated and a consent banner will appear.

The website embeds a Google Maps map — when you open it, Google may collect data in accordance with its own privacy policy.

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

access your data;
request that it be corrected or deleted;
restrict processing or object to it;
withdraw your consent;
receive your data in a structured format.

If you believe your rights have been violated, you may lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (L. Sapiegos str. 17, Vilnius, vdai.lrv.lt).

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The latest version is always published on this page, with the date of the update.
