The ground floor houses an IKI supermarket alongside more than 10 other shops and service providers, including GINTARINĖ VAISTINĖ, EUROKOS, PET24, LORA hearing center, PASAULIO GĖLĖS, PREZO bakery, ALKAVA, MĖSOS ŠMOTAS, SOLE and ECODUMAS.
The complex also incorporates a 2,450 m² business center. For the convenience of visitors and employees, 156 parking spaces have been provided—located both next to the center and on the building's roof—including 20 spaces equipped with charging infrastructure for electric vehicles.
